Senior Full Stack Engineer

Development

• Analyze projects holistically, understanding high-level objectives and collaborating with the team to ensure success..
• Efficiently manage time, make sound technical decisions, suggest improvements, and apply agile methodologies to optimize software development cycles.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to drive innovation and improvements in the development process. 
• Develop high-performance, scalable web applications with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement efficient state management and secure coding practices to protect against vulnerabilities like XSS and CSRF.
• Integrate APIs and backend services with effective data fetching, caching, and real-time updates.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in backend development, applying deep technical knowledge to build high-performance backend systems.
• Promote unit testing, debugging, and ensuring software reliability through efficient code practices in team.

Technical Expertise & System Optimization

• Gain expertise in new functionalities and business insights to effectively address user needs.
• Collaborate with senior developers and team leaders on software design and architecture.
• Implement and optimize Azure cloud services within project scopes.
• Proactively analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues to maintain high-quality standards.

Client Engagement & Presales Support

• Support product and service sales by understanding client needs and presenting technical solutions effectively.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, providing technical insights to build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align technical capabilities with client requirements.

This role is critical in ensuring code efficiency, quality, and performance. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to write optimized, high-quality code quickly and think fast in problem-solving scenarios.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a IT related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of past projects showcasing optimized and scalable applications.
• Experience in client service is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in web technologies: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Advanced knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with at least one modern web frameworks such as Ember.js (preferred).
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization, including reducing load times, lazy loading, caching strategies, and efficient state management.
• Strong programming background in C# and .NET, including asynchronous programming, concurrency, lambda expressions, and thread management.
• Ability to write high-performance backend code that scales efficiently under heavy loads.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and data science is a plus.
• Experience in developing and optimizing web applications based on the MVC model.

DevOps Tools

• Proficiency with version control (Git) and package managers (NPM).
• Azure administration (preferred).
